Pavers, synthetic grass and pool decks for Kissimmee homes and vacation rentals — built to handle the heat, the rain and the traffic.
Kissimmee has two kinds of backyards, and they need different work. In the short-term rental corridors off 192 and around Celebration, the yard takes a new group of guests every week: the surface has to look sharp in listing photos, survive constant foot traffic and dry fast so nobody tracks mud into the house. Synthetic grass and pavers solve both, and they cut the weekly landscaping bill that eats into the rental margin.
In the residential neighborhoods — Poinciana, Buenaventura Lakes, Kissimmee Bay — the priority is different: a patio the family actually uses, a driveway that stops staining, a pool deck that doesn't burn bare feet in July. Both kinds of jobs get the same base prep: excavation, compacted sub-base and planned drainage, because Kissimmee's flat lots hold water after an afternoon storm.
Areas we work in most: Celebration, Poinciana, Buenaventura Lakes, Kissimmee Bay, Harmony, Reunion and the 192 rental corridor.
From synthetic grass to pool decks, here's how we help Kissimmee homeowners and rental owners.
Yes, a large share of our Kissimmee work is short-term rentals. We schedule around guest turnover and can usually complete a backyard between bookings.
Price depends on square footage, base depth and whether the area is for pets or a putting green. Send us the approximate size and we'll send a written quote — it's free.
It gets warmer than natural grass. We use infill and layouts that help, and we usually combine turf with pavers or shade so the yard stays usable in the afternoon.
Many Kissimmee communities require it for driveways, patios and turf. We provide the drawings, colors and material specs you need for the application.
