We build the whole thing: the shape, the compacted base that sets the roll, the cups, the fringe collar, the sand bunkers and the clean cuts where the green meets your patio or pavers.

Crushed stone goes in and gets compacted in lifts, graded with the breaks you want and a slope that sheds Florida rain.
Nylon putting turf is seamed and nailed tight, cups and flags are set, and a longer fringe turf collar goes around the perimeter.
Silica infill is brushed into the fibers and the surface is rolled, which is what sets the green speed and keeps the ball tracking straight.

Yes. The roll comes from the base, not the turf — compacted in lifts and graded to the contours you asked for. The infill is then brushed in and the surface rolled, which sets the green speed.
No mowing, no watering, no fertilizer. Rinse it off now and then, brush the fibers up a couple of times a year and keep leaves off it. That is the whole routine.
